Shipping and Delivery
We deliver worldwide as quickly as possible by processing orders within 24 business hours from our warehouse located in the USA. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information
- Domestic orders: We offer free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders above $50
- International orders: we offer a discounted shipping options that will be applied at check-out. Please note that all products are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. YTPshop has no control over these charges as they vary between countries.
Once a product is shipped, it is now the responsibility of the shipping provider (DHL, USPS) to ensure delivery to you. If you have not yet received your order within by the estimated delivery date, please wait for an additional two business days because the packages may be delayed due to the impact of the pandemic on shipping timelines.
Due to public health safety of our customers during this pandemic, we are modifying our returns policy. In summary, we will offer refunds in form of store credit for requests.
- Returns: Request a return by email to email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will offer refunds in form of store credit. Customers are responsible for shipping fee of the return.
- Damaged products: This rarely happens because we provide quality control during the packaging of the product. However, we know that products may become damaged during their journey to you. If you received a damaged product, please share evidence (pictures/videos) of the products via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. We will assume 100% responsibility and replace the product for free or offer store credit in equal value of the purchase price, no questions asked.
We do not offer exchange after a product is ordered. This is because we can not guarantee the product you want to exchange for will still be in stock.
We do not offer refunds on returns but we are happy to give you a store credit or exchange item of the same value as your purchase price. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with any exchange. All discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged upon delivery.
